How it started
A group of frequent visitors (Business Execs - guys and girls) from Australia started pooling information; best people and places Bangkok.

One (1) major benefit was sharing the "P.A." (Personal Assistants), not just but "Hospitality and Tourism".
As Managers and Execs we understand the benefits of delegation, the PA's can be with us to translate/orientate or if we are busy they can take care of errands and the like.

In 2010/2011 corporate groups visited Bangkok (Teambuilding) and the P.A.'s were on hand to support , the tour concept -  history of Aussie Exec Tours

Past tour groups
3 to 10 people, duration 4 to 5 days.  Examples of past tours.

The PA's job description
met at the airport with arrival kits, orientate to locations; transport systems, errands, and departure to airport. 

The present
The overwhelming positive feedback presented the idea to create a service to the Public and a name was created A.P.A.C. (A Personal Assistant <> Concierge)

So what does the job involve
Some days you just "standby" telephone support, other days you go places work or social.
You need to discuss the client's schedule and decide it suits or pass the job to another PA.  
The website explains the scope of work and the average fee. 

It must be clear PA's DO NOT seek or RECEIVE commission from any vendors. Your paid by the customer to serve their best interest and must recommended the places in the tour database which is in the website. 

Candidates
PA's can be anyone, from the basic service of helping people go on shopping tours to tasks that require academic skills. It's about everyday people that show great enthusiasm and the culture of Thai smile.
 

The job covers several aspects 
1. Inbound assistant or host for visitors
2. provide feedback on venues to develop the tourism database Bangkok
The outcome ensures visitors get value for their visit and raise awareness that Bangkok is the best of Thai Smile.
