ยินดีต้อนรับสู่การสมัครเป็น สมาชิกโรงแรมมนต์มณี ในราคา 2,200 บาท ท่านสมาชิกจะได้รับบัตรสมาชิก Monmanee card เพื่อใช้เป็นส่วนลด ในการใช้บริการของโรงแรมมนต์มณี พร้อมทั้งบัตรกำนัล สำหรับการเข้าพัก ห้องเดอลักซ์ ฟรี และ บัตรส่วนลดต่างๆอีกมากมาย มูลค่า 7,990 บาท

1. สิทธิประโยชน์สำหรับบัตรสมาชิก โรงแรมมนต์มณี ระยะเวลา 1 ปี   <  บัตรสมาชิก ราคา 2,200 บาท  >

·         ส่วนลดห้องพัก 50% จากราคาเต็มของห้องพัก

·         ส่วนลดเฉพาะค่าอาหาร 20% ที่ห้องอาหารสายบัว ( ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการ )

·         ส่วนลด 5% สำหรับการจัดงานประชุมสัมมนา งานจัดเลี้ยง และ งานแต่งงาน ( ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการ )

·         ส่วนลด 5% สำหรับการใช้บริการนวดแผนโบราณ

2. สิทธิประโยชน์สำหรับบัตรรับประทานอาหาร ( บัตรกำนัล )  

·         บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สำหรับ 2 ท่าน มูลค่า 1,000 บาท รับประทานอาหารมื้อกลางวัน หรือ มื้อค่ำ ที่ห้องอาหารสายบัว

·         บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สำหรับ 2 ท่าน รับประทานน้ำชาและอาหารว่างยามบ่าย ที่ห้องอาหารสายบัว

·         บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สำหรับเฮาส์ไวน์ 1 ขวด

·         บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สำหรับเค้กมาตรฐาน 1 ปอนด์ ( กรุณาสั่งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง )

3.สิทธิประโยชน์สำหรับการใช้บริการห้องพัก ( บัตรกำนัล )

·         บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สำหรับการเข้าพักใน ห้องเดอลักซ์ 1 ห้อง 1 คืน ( รวมอาหารเช้า ) เข้าพักได้สูงสุดไม่เกิน 2 ท่าน

·         บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สำหรับส่วนลด 5% ในการใช้บริการซักรีดของโรงแรม

4. สิทธิประโยชน์สำหรับการจัดงานประชุมสัมมนา งานจัดเลี้ยง และ งานแต่งงาน ( บัตรกำนัล )

·         บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สำหรับใช้เป็นส่วนลด 2,000 บาท เมื่อชำระค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ในการจัดงานประชุมสัมมนา ตั้งแต่ 35,000 บาทขึ้นไป ( ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการ ) ซึ่งสามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้

·         บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สำหรับใช้เป็นส่วนลด 2,000 บาท เมื่อชำระค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ในการจัดงานเลี้ยง และงานแต่งงาน ตั้งแต่ 50,000 บาทขึ้นไป ( ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการ ) ซึ่งสามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้

5. เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

·         สถานภาพของสมาชิก และบัตรกำนัลทุกใบ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้

·         กรุณาแสดงบัตรสมาชิกพร้อมบัตรกำนัลทุกครั้งที่เข้าใช้บริการ

·         สิทธิประโยชน์ของบัตรสมาชิก และบัตรกำนัล ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่นๆได้

·         สมาชิกยอมรับเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดของ Member Card ซึ่งอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และตกลงยอมรับผูกพันต่อเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดเหล่านั้น

·         ในกรณีที่โปรแกรมต่างๆของ Member Card สิ้นสุดลง ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม โรงแรมไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบในการชำระค่าชดเชยให้แก่สมาชิก

·         กรณีที่บัตรชำรุด หรือสูญหาย กรุณาแจ้งให้ทางโรงแรมมนต์มณีทราบทันที โดยสมาชิกจะต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียม 200 บาทในการออกบัตรใหม่

·         โรงแรมมนต์มณีขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง ปรับปรุง หรือแก้ไขสิทธิประโยชน์ของสมาชิก โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

2. VOUCHERS FOR COMPLIMENTARY BENEFITS AT SAIBUA RESTAURANT

·         One complimentary Bottle of house wine.

3. VOUCHERS FOR COMPLIMENTARY ROOM BENEFITS

·         Complimentary in a Deluxe room for 1 night with maximum of 2 guests per room.

·         5% discount for laundry at The Monmanee Hotel.

4. VOUCHERS FOR COMPLIMENTARY BENEFITS OF MEETING, WEDDING & BANQUET FUNCTION

·         2,000 Baht reduction for a meeting function whenminimum of 35,000 Baht is spent on food and beverage.( excluding VAT and Service charge )  This voucher is transferable.

·         2,000 Baht reduction for wedding & banquet function whenminimum of 50,000 Baht is spent on food and beverage.( excluding VAT and Service charge )  This voucher is transferable.

5.TERMS & CONDITIONS

·         Monmanee membership and all of vouchers have no cash value.

·         Your membership card and vouchers must be presented at the time of use.

·         Your membership card and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and discounted offer.

·         The card member accepts these terms and conditions of Monmanee membership, as amended from time to time, and agrees to be bound to them.

·         The membership card and vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated thereon.

·         Any damage or lost the member card should be immediately reported to The Monmanee Hotel at Tel. +66 (0) 2-744-5999. A new card can be issued at cost of 200 Baht per card.

·         The Monmanee Hotel reserves the right to change, modify or amend the stated membership benefits without notice.
