If you are serious about saving money - book ahead

in Thailand the rules are more a guideline... you will think some things are not right or safe but your comparing it to your home... haa haa
in Thailand the culture respect to others (people and property) so there is little threat (only your perceptions)... and if you do something wrong - you pay!
