well no need it's already here. The Local Thai video store located in Northbridge,

you can find them in the WA Yellow Pages Thai, here is a link to their webpage, incudes google map location to their shop

they sell/hire video/music/ Karaoke  also have a large range of thai souvenirs and thai clothing but i guess that is laready known to the thai community
