find this page .. the home page of the forum  (where all forum categories are shown_

At top middle Green Bar are yellow links.. 1 is called "recent post" click on it to see the most recent entries
 

2. At the bottom right hand corner are some other “keep me informed options)

Click on each to see if it works for you

Another more specific option is  

Open a forum category and the “keep me informed options” expands slightly

It now includes and option to email you every time something changes

Within the new option is option to receive all or only certain updates 

Finally the last option is

Within a forum topic  

If you create a topic or comment on a topic you have the option (at the bottom of your article (near the submit button) to tick a box to be advised of any replies and updates.

another option is set reminder in your profile settings

go to profile (click on your name to see profile details), then
click on edit profile


visit your "profile settings" and "settings" and you should see a list of options like these below ... 

select           Email Digest of New Topics     and set the frequency of notices of changes
