To join the forum you must register - see top right hand corner of the forum (only a few questions to join) .

Once you have joined you can visit your profite and add many things to promote you or your business - as shown hereunder

by the way you can add pictures at the bottom of the post (they can be viewed like a photo slide) or you can add them directly into the post (like the xamples below) but they must 1st be stored someone in the internet. 

To make the pictures appear alongside text (samples below) you must create tables within a word document and copy them into the post.

Best tips

1. load all pics into the post and submit the post
2. go into a word doc and create tables to make space for your pictures and text
3. write the text (use the word dictionary)
4. open the forum post and select edit, then copy the word doc into the post
5. place the cursor within the table where you wish to place the pic and select the "insert pic" icon.   you have to get the address of each pic so the best way to do this is
       1. open another window to view the same post (view only) - you will see all the pics at the bottom of the post
       2. right click on the pic to copy the properties or address (also known as URL)
               the pciture will be sown the same size as you see it. If you want larger then click on the picture to make it bigger before you copy the properties
       3. switch to the window where you are editing or inside the post
6. from point 5. you should have the insert pic/image window requesting an address - copy or paste the address of the pic
7. the pic will now appear inside the frame or table within the post
8. repeat as required
9. to resize the pic just click on it and then drag the corners
   

 

 

to edit your profile, log in, then click on "user details"
There are manu optiosn and all are very useful tools. View  is obvious Edit  is obvious Avatar is your profile Pic - you can insert from computer or link from a URL (a location in the internet). Biography - write info about you for others to view when they view your profile. Its' the same as a post which means you can include pictures and text and links so you could make a banner or promtion of your or your business.   Signature - what appears under each of your comments.   Settings - see below

Country because when you select all users it shows Country flags and how many people are from which country - Cool! Custom Title Change the standard title of "newbie" to something that suits you and add an image (if you want)
