Flexible and part time hours are available with full support and training from both our analysts and current Thai interviewers. Previous research and or outbound call center experience is preferable. However if you have a can-do attitude and experience in customer service roles, then this type of work would also be suited to you.

The ideal candidate(s) will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Professional telephone manner

  • High attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent in both oral and written English

  • Fluent in Thai

  • Commitment for availability over October/November/December

Please note, the interviews are conducted in local language with responses then recorded in English. Immediate starts are needed, with contract opportunities available now. Remuneration is by way of contracted rates where bonuses are payable on meeting pre-determined criteria.

If you think this role is for you, please send your CV in English through to Bridget at, outlining relevant skill set, availability and eligibility to work in Australia.

Apply now, join the team and don’t miss out!

Note: Capitalis is a Perth-based strategic market research consultancy servicing clients across Asia Pacific, North America and Western Europe.

Successful interviewers will be able to structure their working day to suit other commitments and potentially work-from-home (access to internet required). As this is a contract position with casual hours this role would be suitable for someone wanting to work flexible hours or wanting to complement existing part-time/ casual jobs.
