Our tour group guests from Perth West Australia visited several worthy Charity groups in Klong Toei, Bangkok during late 2011 and early 2012. more
It was overwhelming and fun to visit the kids and share a few smiles. The staff are very devoted, their love for the children parental and inspiring.
We tried their playground, we were scorched by the sun, the playground has no shade
We called for a quote to install a roof over the playground and seek community support
Quotes received indicate approx 300,000baht required
We will completed due diligence and post progress reports
Foundation for slum child care
Through their Daycare Centres and by supporting privately run daycare homes, the Foundation provides care and education for children aged from four months to five years old.
They also reach out to help other slum babies and infants in their own homes through the help of community volunteers.
These children come from low-income families, and many suffer from neglect, malnutrition and abuse. The foundation supports nearly 2000 children, every day.

The personal empowerment (choice) that you can gain from time with these children is defining.
They are very well behaved, very grateful, very happy-with-in whilst with-out much.
As buddha said to the one that said "I want Happiness" remove "I" which is ego remove "want" which is desire you now have happiness
There is a lot of people that participated, many from West Australia, they donated; time and/or money, they donated words of wisdom (kind or otherwise) each and all motivated us along the way; the path is not always clear but we want to achieve
Thanks everyone, for the connection with something that helped someone, other than oursleves, for people that really do need more than ourselves, many of us do that often (by choice) and your karma is crystalising your life.
We look forward to project 2013 Bangkok Charity: tba
