Our experience with the Immigration office in Bangkok is completely different in attitude and answers to Immigration office in Perth West Australia (we have visited the Immigration several times and the staff generally always  very helpful)

it is difficult to get any reply
if we get a reply it is hard to understand and if we query it they get very annoyed?
