Recommendation:   have the machine reformatted in Australia to overcoem regional format restrictions.
We brought some over and found the operating system installed was not legite so it may have some upgrade problems, we paid aud$100 to have the local tech re format and it's been faultless.  The IT tech's remarked that these machines are very fast.  The built in camcorder and microphone features are very high quality.
