        Culture  Agreement between The government of Thailand and The government of Australia.   Desiring to further strengthen the bonds of friendship between the 2 peoples, and to promote mutual understanding and knowledge on the widest possible scale through the development of their cultural and social relations.  So I hope this culture agreement as good thing for you.  Thanks..            ความตกลงทางวัฒนธรรมระหว่างรัฐบาลประเทศไทยกับรัฐบาลออสเตรเลีย  เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ ความรู้ ความเข้าใจระหว่าง 2 ประเทศ   ความตกลงทางวัฒนธรรมนี้ทำให้เข้าใจบทบาทอำนาจหน้าที่ แนวทางการเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมระหว่างประเทศไทยกับออสเตรเลีย โดยมิต้องกังวลในการให้ความร่วมมือด้านวัฒนธรรมของแต่ละฝ่าย  ดังนั้น ฉันหวังว่าความตกลงทางวัฒนธรรมฉบับนี้ จะเป็นประโยชน์ให้กับทุกคน ทั้งนี้ขอบคุณประเทศไทยกับออสเตรเลีย
