CETA Worldwide Education, an Australian secondary school consultant specialist, in conjunction with Australian Education Assessment Services (AEAS) and the Australian Trade Commission, Australian Embassy, is organizing the annual Australian Secondary School Exhibition and ****tail Party on June 30th 2012 at the Plaza Athénée Bangkok.

 

Twenty-eight top private secondary schools from across five Australian states including the cities of Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide, will participate in this exhibition. Participating schools include boarding and day schools, boys’ schools, girls’ schools, co-ed schools, IB and Foundation study schools and English language preparation for High Schools specialist schools.

 

Scholarships for long and short term study, bursaries and fee reductions to the value of over Baht 5 million will be

available at the exhibition, depending on the student’s grades and the participating schools’ terms and conditions.

 

Secondary students aged 12-16 years are invited to participate in a Front Page Newspaper Contest to win scholarships worth over Baht 500,000. The first prize includes a 3-weeks study trip (inclusive of tuition, meals and accommodation only), worth Baht 120,000 to Eltham College, a top private co-educational school in Melbourne. Other prizes include short term study programs in leading private schools in Australia. Further details of the contest are available at www.ceta.co.th/contest.

 

The exhibition also includes talks on :

 

(1)   “What should students expect when studying in Australia?” conducted by Austrade, Australian Embassy at2pm and

 

(2) “Tips on how to communicate and keep in touch with your child while they are studying in Australia” byCETA Worldwide Education at 3pm.
