Cllearly the most subjective topic

Hospitality Industry; Hotel, Bars and Restaurants have a generaly accepted value system and in the main the venues are static in building

For tour venues it can be inside / outside open air / animals / machines, so we use a cross section of thoughts

5 star is best and 1 star is least best

***** 5 Stars - Extraordinary
One of a kind, flawless experience, perfectly executed and gracious service, in above standard conditions and/or environment. Knowledge base easily accessible or made available verbal or Oral. Quality website. 

**** 4 Stars - Excellent
Memorable experience, quality ingredients, distinctive and/or imaginative, professional service good knowledge and no Language issues base and good atmosphere. Good quality website/media.

*** 3 Stars - Very Good
Enjoyable experience, with skillfull attention to presentation, efficient service in a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Adequate language standards and knowledge from staff and website.

Consistent, competent service in practical setting.
