Travelling through Thailand i have spotted these things (see the picture below)

What is it? 
a Bin? a BBQ for cooking food or a small outhouse to store Rice..   many homes have a rice house ? 

it can't be a rubbish bin because there is too much detail in the work so i think it's a BBQ to cook


What's is made from
it looks like rubber or fibrelgass but it must be metal to handle the heat for cooking

  It is Thai style rubbish bin .it made from many material .

    This bin is made from an old tyre . These bins are found on the pavements outside houses and shops.
